"As Moiras do Nordeste, or 'The Fates of the Northeast', are a junction of two triads of sisters of Greek mythology: the Fates, who define the destiny of mortals and gods, and the Graeae, who have only one tooth and one eye; mixed with Cangaço, a revolutionary movement of men who travel through cities seeking justice and vengeance, because of social inequality in the Northeast. Their story would be told in a comic book, mixing fiction with the History of the Cangaço Movement in Brazil. " They're are original characters that were developed with the supervision of professor Miguel Carvalho for Parla! – Ladeh 4th Characters Design Exhibition, Theme: Death. The exhibition was a partnership between the universities PUC-Rio, Universidad Iberoamericana (Mexico), and Parsons The New School of Design (USA). It won honorable mention, elected by a panel from Parsons.
